Summer Shorts

Seattle summer has been really hot this year. Summer shorts are what I see everywhere. I didn't put  any efforts to loose the winter weight so I had to go shopping for new summer shorts. There is a wide variety on summer shorts with different fabrics and styles. I really liked a white lace shorts but it didn't suit me well. When it comes to pants and shorts I have limited choices. Yes thunder thighs need to be carefully dressed. Finally I settled for the safest option -denim.

I have always worn denim shorts in a causal way with a simple t-shirt/shirt as you can see here. But this time I styled it for a summer party. I teamed this ice blue summer shorts with a sequined loose top. I also tucked in a long necklace at one side of the shorts, looked cool I thought.
The look is perfect for a barbecue party, brunch with girl friends or even a date night.

    Hello Ananya,

    You really know how to carry yourself well. First, you honestly agree about having thunder thighs and then you go on to show fearlessly how shorts can still be worn in a smart manner. Kudos!

    And thigh chains are very much in trend. Love the idea of using a long neck piece to play multiple roles of thigh chain as well as a hair accessory!
