Formal Attire can be defined differently depending on your work place. Formal attire has to clearly represent your personality and style, at the same time its very important that it is work appropriate. Most of people choose to wear colors like black, brown, white and grey when it comes to formal dressing.

I like to look neat and sharp when I dress up in my formal attire. Last week I had few long meetings to attend and I chose to wear my grey skirt teamed with a blazer. Its not a suit, I purchased them separately but they perfectly match each other. It was a hot day and to hide  my sweat stains am wearing a black satin top.

Morning I had tied my hair up in a neat high ponytail, by evening I was tired and my hair was no more neat while we took these pictures, I wish it was.
