Anniversary

May3rd 2013 was an auspicious day when Mr. R and I got married with rituals and ceremonies. We spent the last 730 days of our life as Mr and Mrs. Yes it was our second Wedding Anniversary. And as you would guess we wanted to celebrate our togetherness. I am not much of a planner, am the lazy one. My idea of celebrating our anniversary could be sitting comfortably eating home cooked dinner and watching a action movie. Given the way Mr. R was swamped  with work and other commitments, I thought I rather not disturb his schedule. So shamelessly I neither planned anything nor did I bother to ask him about his. But Mr. R is hopelessly romantic and he  surprised me with a special weekend get away.

Anniversary... Its a strange word. Don't ask me why, I don't yet have an answer to that. I can guess I am/might be still getting used to the idea of being married. I mean for me feels like I have known Mr. R from the beginning and now this second anniversary reminds me the reality that we have been living together only since 2 years. Just Two....Two is such a small number no ??

Anyways for us it was a much needed break and I was really happy about it, until ten minutes ago. That is when I checked my blog page views and saw the decreasing number with no new blog posts. It reminded me to get back to work and I pull my lazy self from the anniversary-Holiday-relaxed mode and started typing :)
