December is here...

December is here already ! The year 2014 has been an memorable year for me, like never before.
New country, New people, New friends, New profession, New experiments, New responsibilities  and a new Husband ;)

I still remember the first day of 2014 we were having brunch, seems like just few days ago. Its strange because I cannot say 'Time flew by', it's been one hell of a long year.

 Places I visited in 2014 during first half of the year: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, SFO, Redwoods- CA, Portland-OR, New York, Boston, Atlantic city, San Juan Islands. During the second half of the year  I started getting more involved in my blog and attended various events so travel took a back seat.

Blog World Highlights: Blog World has been very kind to me. I started writing like a naive new blogger knowing nothing about it on Jan 29th 2014, from then on it was learning new things everyday, earning a new reader and improving my skills. The first month I got around maximum 1000 page views and it increased slowly. Every new comment, new reader bought in great excitement. Last month when I checked the page views for October were over 80K plus I know its a small number compared to other big Bloggers but its a BIG number for me.

 I did win quite a few contests and interesting gifts and goodies and won a all sponsored 5 day trip to Malaysia for my blog Asha's dream- Malaysia, which is scheduled for next year.

 I Thank each one of my readers who has made all this possible, Thank you for all the encouragement through your comments and personal messages and emails, I really really really appreciate it :)
